Lakes Estates Homeowners Association
The Lakes Estates I & II (AKA Lakes Estates) Homeowners Association is charged with enforcing the covenants and bylaws that were in force in 1984-85 when the subdivision was completed. This is a volunteer board composed of residents of Lakes Estates.
These covenants ensure uniformity in the neighborhood's landscape and outdoor fixtures, that the lakes are always clean and operating properly, and that the residents honor the covenants themselves.
The board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. in the Clubhouse on Cottonwood Trail. Homeowners are invited to attend and participate in the operations of the community.
