HOA PROPERTY VIOLATION POLICY
Initial notice will have 30 days to cure.
Second notice will have 15 days to cure.
Third notice will be FINAL NOTICE with 15 days to cure.
If no results after FINAL NOTICE, the Board will seek legal actions on violation.
CURRENT LEGAL ACTIONS
There is one home in mortgage foreclosure with an additional three homes sent to the attorney for collection of non-payment of HOA dues. We also have three homes sent to the attorney for non-compliance in terms of home and landscape upkeep. This is out of a total 101 homes in Lakes Estates.
